This module provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of how to respond to identified risks through strategic decision-making, control design, and financial instruments. It explores both proactive and reactive measures—ranging from risk avoidance to risk optimization—and covers the implementation of internal controls, integration with the internal audit function, and alignment with the Three Lines of Defense model. Learners will also explore how insurance, hedging, and contingency planning support organizational resilience and financial risk mitigation.
