I am a Pan African senior board director across multiple industries, holder of an honoris causa doctorate in business administration (banking and finance), an international award winning CFO for innovation and excellence across Africa and an International conference speaker, with a solid career in Strategy, Performance Management, Accounting, and Business Development, from Agriculture, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Management Consulting, Telecommunications, Banking and Oil and Gas perspectives. Leading by example, self-motivated and results oriented, I have over 23+ years formal working experience, having spent over 12 years in Banking and Finance. Whereas my career objective has been ‘leading and driving sustained value creation in blue chip organisations’, my overall outlook on life is ‘societal empowerment for value creation’ Influenced by ‘Focus (the how)’, values driving my life purpose are captioned in ‘InSPIRE-S’ (the what), with which I navigated industries across: Agriculture, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Management Consulting, Telecommunications, Banking, Oil and Gas, and event speaking on prime choice platforms in areas relevant to our current times. Whereas my passion lies in Entrepreneurship, Missionary work, and Philanthropy, other key areas of my expertise include: -Strategy development and execution. -Business development, transformation and performance management. -Stakeholder management, cultural awareness and coaching. I am multi industry experienced, with in-depth market experience across 40 plus Sub Saharan African countries.
